- 2 cups bread flour, 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/4 cup honey, 3 tbsp butter, 1 pkt yeast
- 1 cup warm water, 1 tsp salt

- Dissolve yeast in warm water + honey
- Mix flours, add yeast + butter, knead 8 min
- Rise 1 hr, shape rolls, rise 30 min
- Bake 375°F 18 min, brush honey butter
