- Normalize: Record entrée name, size, pre-tax price, and whether a side was bundled.
- Cross-check: Compare against at least one other market or the official online menu for that store when available.
- Publish: Use a representative price or a low/avg/high range on tracker tools.
- Date-stamp: Pages carry Last Updated (August 2026 on current guides).
- Correct: Documented reader evidence can override a stale figure — see corrections.

- We do not claim every U.S. LongHorn charges the exact dollar on every page.
